Low stock due to delayed shipments

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you as to the reason why your recent pre-order purchases have been delayed.

As you may have seen on the news in the past few days — Heavy seas off the east coast of Australia have caused 83 shipping containers to fall off a cargo ship.

Unfortunately this is the same vessel that had our containers on board. Thankfully they were not part of the group of damaged containers and they are still completely intact.

This incident however has caused massive delays to the ships docking schedule as they assess the damages. It has not as yet arrived at the port of Melbourne where we unload our containers.

We would just like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers and we will do everything we can to expedite your orders once the containers arrive at our warehouse.

For customers waiting to place orders with us before the end of the financial year we apologise if some items are currently out of stock, we hope to rectify this soon.
