Very happy the 72 in stainless steel workshop storage trolley. Build quality is amazing for the price. Will buy more gear from this business to set up home workshop. Next purchase is their 2 post hoist….
Today we had our 2 post Hoist installed and some other items delivered.
Robert was amazing technician and was great from start to finish.
Communication was on point.
Looks amazing Thank you.
I just saw two men wearing your uniform in morayfield getting coffee when an elderly gentleman had a fall. They did not hesitate for one second. They went over and helped him to his feet and made sure he was ok. It was really nice to see and I thought it was worth mentioning.
Bought a vehicle scissor lift and the hexagon lights for my shed. Lift is great as I could not fit a 2 post lift in due to ceiling height. It has already allowed me to change the steering rack with no issues.
Installed the hex lights on a custom grid above my work bay and they look great. Light up the area perfectly.
Guys at Brisbane were great to deal with.
Bought a hoist, tyre machine and a wheel balancer from joels garage gear
Good quality excellent service will definitely be buying more equipment from you in the future
Great tool box. Delivered to my door the driver brought it into the garage where I wanted it. Very easy to assemble just needed an extra person to help stand it up. HOLS exactly what I envisioned very very very happy. Highly recommend
The service was excellent and items was delivered quickly. Their response time to my additional queries were also prompt. Happy with the overall experience and the hoist itself. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a hoist.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Joel’s Garage. From the initial purchase, the advice and guidance I received was excellent, and the quality of the product is first class.
What really stood out, though, was the post-sale support. When I had an issue, Joel’s Garage went above and beyond to help resolve it quickly and professionally. Their willingness to stand behind their product and make sure I was happy really impressed me.
Great quality product, great advice and, most importantly, outstanding customer service. I would have no hesitation recommending Joel’s Garage to anyone looking for a quality product backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
Dealing with Joel’s garage people was very easy and answered all my questions, I received the four posts lift a few days before the estimated delivery date, I haven’t assembled the lift yet but have unpacked it and checked it over, very heavy duty steel and well made, being a boilermaker and steel car constructionist I can tell you it’s well designed and will be easy to set up, well I will get started.
Don
I have also ordered and received the castors for moving the four poster around if needed, the other one was the led light set excellent stuff should be a standard with all their hoists just saying but the ordering and postage was very quick no waiting time excellent.
Don
would definatly buy from joels garage again, i brought a hoist, garage cabinets a slide hammer and hexigon lights they were awsome to deal with very happy with there service.
Very happy with my new tool cabinet from Joel's GarageGear. It’s solid, well made and has plenty of storage. The quality is excellent and it looks fantastic in my garage. Great value for money and exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Joel's.
Quality toolbox. Better comms on the pickup options and size of the package at the point of sale would have been helpful. Incorrect size communicated (they are available on the website though). Staff were extremely helpful to help get it sorted though. Would choose them again.
Purchased a 4.5 tonne lift package for my sons 21st birthday present
The team put Joel’s garage could not have been any
more helpful
Quality of product is also awesome
I purchased the 2-post hoist lighting kit. Has been working great so far. Lights up the underbody well, with next to no shadows. Very easy install also. Have recommended to friends.
Bought the 3 ton scissor lift. Perfect size for my low-roof shed. Easy to set up and move around. Found Joel's easy to deal with. Answered all my emails and texts promptly.
Knowledgable assistance when selecting my workshop gear and changing items in the order. Easy to work with when organising delivery from different locations. Everything delivered ahead of scheduled. All equipment packed well, looking great out of the box. Good quality products. I bought a 4.5t clear floor car hoist as part of my set up, fantastic bit of kit and came with very clear installation guide and operation manual. Great experience all round from Joel’s tools
Very happy with my new tool cabinet from Joel's GarageGear. It’s solid, well made and has plenty of storage. The quality is excellent and it looks fantastic in my garage. Great value for money and exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Joel's.
Great product, just had one of there contractors install and super stoked with the product.
Only purchased to do work on my old girl Mustang... set up at my business
Thank you Joels garage & Huntsman engineering for install
Ordered 72’ tool trolley, the product quality is great, the customer service and delivery were exceptional, would highly recommend purchasing from Joel’s Garage Gear.
The company Joel’s Garage has brilliant staff. They answer all enquiries promptly. Nothing is to hard for them. The 72 inch tool trolley and overhead cupboards and peg board. Well made. Plenty of space. Good rollers. Delivery service was very good and a friendly person. I have no hesitation in using the company again.
Great service easy to deal with 1 5 min phone call then I arrived 2 hrs later even the invoice was ready, I was loaded and left in all of 10 minutes got home unpacked the hoist was extremely happy with the quality of the product easy to assemble and works great thanks to all the guys&gals @ Joel’s garage great to see Aussie companies like this still exist in Melbourne I’ll definitely be back for more garage gear.
Great to deal with, and great quality. This is my new kitchen island, and the height and sturdiness is perfect. The company have a warehouse in Perth, so I picked up from there, and could not be happier.
Whilst it is possible to complete an order online, chatting with a representative in the chat offered a whole other layer. Rapid response and multiple options provided. The garage storage units are well put together and combine in a simple yet effective manner. So much tidier than open racking. Perfect size for the intended workspace.
Has been a pleasure doing business with a team that communicates and replies to questions even after sale.
The shed will never be the same again.
Thanks Joel's Garage.
Absolute legend! Joel's Garage Gear supplied a top-quality shelve that has transformed my garage.
The whole process was easy from start to finish - great communication, fair price.
The shelving is solid and smooth.
If you're after quality gear and honest service, I can't recommend Joel Garage and team enough.
Top company top product, top service!
I recently purchased the 72” Black Mobile Toolbox Workstation from Joel’s Garage Gear, and I’m absolutely thrilled with both the product and the service.
The quality of the trolley exceeded my expectations, solid, smooth, and beautifully finished.
Delivery was prompt, and Jake went above and beyond, helping me set up the top shelves and pegboard so all I had to do was roll it into place. That level of care and professionalism is rare these days.
A big thank you to Lev and the team for making the entire process seamless from payment to delivery. I’ll happily recommend Joel’s Garage Gear to anyone looking for top‑quality workshop equipment and genuine customer service.
I bought the 72” tool chest for the shed. I am extremely surprised about how good it is. The quality of it is insane. It gets used a lot and haven’t had any dramas with it. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roll cab. Excellent price also.
I purchased a whole cabinet set and one of the overhead cabinet from Joel’s Garage unfortunately had some rust developing on it after around 18 months from installation.
After reaching out, Operations Manager Andrew took the time to understand the issue and handled the situation professionally and fairly. Although the cabinet was outside what many businesses might consider a straightforward replacement, Andrew made the decision in good faith to send me a replacement unit.
I really appreciated his understanding, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and is willing to look after its customers when issues arise.
Thank you to Andrew and the team at Joel’s Garage for the excellent service. It's this kind of support that gives customers confidence in doing business with you.
I run Epik Paint Protection and having the set elevated the aesthetic of the garage while being extremely functional. Overall quality of building and finish is fantastic. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Credit given where credit is due.
Before and after below
Really pleased with my shelving unit for my shed. It was straight forward putting it together and fits in just right for my 1.5m2 shed. Shelves are easily adjusted and it's a really sturdy unit.
Absolutely love my new craft trolley! The wheels make it so easy to move around and it’s perfect for keeping all my craft supplies organised. The turnaround time from ordering to pickup was incredibly quick, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!
The best people to deal with. Always kept me up to date and communicated the way I wished. Easy to contact when I had a query and proceeded to address my enquiry.
From the moment my trolly arrived I’ve not doubted I made the right decision. It is for my kitchen, performs exactly how I wanted it to. Love looking at it and working with it. Beautiful strong quality, that includes the packaging. Packed well for the road trip.
Thanks Joel’s Gang.
My workbench cabinet arrived on time, was well packed and transported, and is of excellent quality. The purchase process was supported by regular messages to update tracking of my order, and staff were very helpful in answering my queries. I highly recommend.
Good value and reasonable quality but some disappointing aspects. In particular, they don’t sell any accessories for the pegboard and were most unhelpful when I asked for help in finding some. There was also a lot of assembly required, more than expected. Quality also is average, but probably commensurate with the price
The whole process was simple.
They had stock available.
Hoist and All parts were included in 1 package.
I have a single wide driveway so the 2.7m in-between width means I can drive thru the hoist even with my 2 5m wide enclosed trailer.
My only cause for concern was the manual was at the bottom of the crate instead of the very top and the pics and steps were confusing.
Saying that, after sales service was awesome and very knowledgeable.
The whole experience was well worth it.
Thank you.
Ps. The 50x50 angle packing frame at either end had some seriously sharp edges
Really am impressed with my new parts washer, it came well packed, super simple to put together, everything was in the box, 10mm on an impact and it was done in 20mins, rock solid stable too.
All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful, customer service is definitely #1 priority for these guys! The communication and sale went through smoothly with no issue too hard to solve.
Convenient location meant I could pick up saving delivery fees. The guys reversed my car in for me, loaded the trailer and tied everything down.
With some muscle help at the other end to unload the trailer, I was then able to put everything together by myself and have it ready to surprise my Husband for his bday. He is stoked with his new Toolbox set up, and the quality is amazing!
Biggest thanks to everyone at Joel's, I will be back when we can kit out a full garage!
Great product, great price. Easy to diy install if you’re that way inclined too.
No fuss collection from depot, the forky was more than helpful to get me loaded up on the trailer. Great experience all round - would give 6 stars if I could 👍🏼
Great products great staff decent prices for the quality.bough the 3 tonne scissor lift, perfect for sheds , garages with limited height plus don't have to bolt down . Very versatile . Works well
Went and picked up a workshop storage unit, which fitted perfectly in the back of the Triton, with the help of Ryan and the crew.
Took a few hours to assemble, and as with many Chinese products I was expecting for things to be misaligned or captive nuts to have damage threads or any other number of issues.
But this wasn’t the case at all with Joel’s cabinet. It all went together perfectly. Looks great and so functional. Had also purchased a Joel’s hoist a couple of years ago, a similar great experience.
I’d certainly go back Joel’s for anything else I may need in the future.
Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The service was beyond amazing—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about my needs. The product itself exceeded all expectations with exceptional quality, attention to detail, and flawless performance. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both incredible customer service and a top-tier product, but this one truly does. I couldn’t be happier and will 100% be a returning customer.
From the initial conversation I had with the sales team, to the updates I received for the delivery, and the actual products, I’m very happy with the purchase and dealings with this company. The 3T scissor hoist is perfect for my detailing business and helps me get the cars off the ground and makes my job so much easier. I should have bought this hoist a long time ago. The quality of the hoist is very good. The control box is very easy to operate. The after sales support is also very good. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again.
Wheels By The Ocean - I purchased a 4.5T Hoist, big tool box and 2 oil drainers for my workshop. Everything is excellent. I couldn't be happier. The Hoist is absolutely the best. 4.5T clear floor two post. Installation was on time and installer was very professional. I highly recommend Joel's. Installation is on my YouTube channel Wheels By The Ocean.
Cheers
Just opened my topside creeper & found the welding broken on the support for the legs.
I was contacted by Joel's garage about the inconvenience that I had, they opened another one and sent me another support.
The service was great, thanks again for sorting the issue out so promptly.
My wife blessed me by buying a 2 post hoist with bottom plate. Very easy to install as I had all the gear. Ripped out an exhaust, gearbox and tail shaft in 1.5hrs. Triple that time without a.hoist. It will get plenty of use too. Love it!!
Second hoist from these guys, good customer service and delivery timeframes. Will be buying a third soon, instructions aren’t 100% but good enough to someone who has an idea, wouldn’t recommend a novice to setup on own, some experience recommended - we had our engineers install ours. Comes with everything you need. If in doubt just ask, the customer service is good.
Joel’s Garage did a solid job overall. The hoists are great quality and the whole installation process went smoothly from start to finish. The only downside was the amount of rubbish left behind by the installation team — it would’ve been perfect if they cleaned up properly before leaving. Other than that, happy with the service and would recommend them.
Service was great. We were looking at upgrading our patio without spending huge amount of money. The price compared to Bunnings and BBQ galore was cheaper whilst better made. The draws are great to fit everything we need. Delivery went well and set up was reasonable considering weight. Could not fault anything.
First time purchasing from Joel’s Garage.
Wrapped with my 2x hexagon lighting kits and Garage Cabinet Combo.
Jake in the Truganina store was great to deal with and made picking up nice and easy.
Everything seems to be great quality and the instructions were clear to understand and easy to follow!
Thanks guys
Easy to deal with and with 20 years as a professional tattoo artist, this is the best lighting I've ever seen in a studio. I highly recommend the hexagonal lighting. The only thing is it would make life a little easier if you had a hanging kit but definitely not enough of an issue not to give 5 stars
Absolutely Brilliant product and service! Fitted in with me for pick up times, work bench was well packed for transport. Couldn't ask for better service. Totally recommend Joel's 200%!! Hubby was over the moon happy! Thank you!!
Good value for the money, don't know how I lived with out my new 4 Post Hoist.
Does everything it should, good service and easy to deal with.
Thanks Guys
Purchase the motorcycle lift from Joel’s garage equipment, needed the extra length to fit my custom chopper works great, communication was excellent thanks Steve from Perth
Happy with the scissor lift works really well.
Only issue I have is monovering the lift. Extremely difficult the front wheel doesn’t steer properly very hard to turn and push,
Really needs an easier method maybe different type of wheel?
Great value and quality. Instructions for setup were detailed and well setout. The only fault could have been some higher quality photos in the instructions. Other than that I couldn’t be happier
Got the 3.3 long workbench combo and 4m of shelving. Workbench quality is right up there. Shelving bit light on but does the job. All easy to assemble and built well. Delivery was professional. Shipping costs high.
So happy I bought another hoist.. excellent quality products, staff that can answer any questions and great installers/installation.. good customer experience from the first call through to using my hoists. Well done Joel's team
I’m a mechanic so when I decided to upgrade my home garage with new paint, epoxy floor, hexagon lighting, I needed cabinets that looked professional. I looked around and decided Joel’s Garage Gear had exactly what I wanted. Super happy with Joel’s Garage Gear. Top quality, easy to assemble, well packed to prevent damage and looks great in my garage. I will definitely be buying more items.
Hi JGG, the installation has gone well. Am in the process of adjusting the equalizing cables to synch the uplocks. One thing for you to note is that I replaced the power cable to a 5m one to reach my rated power point. Thanks, Alan
Dealt with Joel’s garage for a couple years now, buying a 4 post hoist, garage cabinet combo and some shelving. Amazing Quality of the product & also amazing service especially from Ryan in sales. Super quick delivery and super easy to deal with as well. Highly recommend!!!
Very helpful with info in regards to my choice of equipment, then super easy payment and delivery service. Was able to add other items to be delivered at same time. Quality of items was very surprising but in a good way couldn't fault and enjoy installing myself and very easy to do so. Thanks team highly recommend.
Got the black 72inch tool box with s side cabinet, so happy with it strong draws, smooth and sturdy. Easy to move and lock the wheels. Overall happy with the purchase would recommend if anyones looking for a toolbox with quite a lote of space for the price.
The service from the team at Joel’s Garage from buying the hoist and follow-up Parts has been exceptional,. The whole team has been really supportive and the hoist is being amazing. Thanks heaps guys love the product and the Service.
Im obviously obsessed with my new pink toolbox from joels. Great quality and easy on the eyes. Love it so much I want to get a second one for home. I hope you don't discontinue this gorgeous toolbox with more woman entering into mechanical jobs you should definitely keep it. Even the boys I work with are eyeing it off.
Top notch! I wouldn't normally buy a tool trolley without checking it out in store, but the design and price point were appealing enough to risk it. From start to finish the online store/comms with them (thanks Lev!) and finally in real life...just next level. Everyone who has seen it in my workspace, sees the quality, learns the $$ all now want to know where it's from. I am now planning for more purchases for other spaces! Legends
Recently purchased a hoist for my man cave . Got the 4.5 ton clear floor with the extension kit to be able to have high clearance to do a variety of cars and stack cars etc. The hoist was better quality for the money than I expected as I owned commercial grade hoists for my mechanics business previously which were more expensive. Instructions to assemble the hoist were mostly clear . Would recommend a professional install if you have never done this type of thing though. Was well packed for shipping and would require a fork lift to unpack and assemble . As it's for private use it should last forever.
Great product, looking forward to many hours of vehicle restoration and repairs.
Well explained pickup details.
Easy to follow instructions, with pictures and details.
All in all, a great product at a great price.
4 Post narrow Hoist
Mark
Wow...we got this for our new shed. Absolutely brilliant. Top quality and easy to assemble. Really great company to deal with. Very impressed with their product.
Very happy with the two 72" Toolbox Workstations that I purchased, they are great value for money. The transaction with Joel's Garage was easy and the items were quickly available for pick up. I can highly recommend Joel's Garage and their products.
Top quality and a very smart and advanced business!
Very professional, great service and my order was processed swiftly!
The packaging was impressive to say the least, only 2 cartons for a full 3m storage system.
All screw threaded and everything thought of for a very quick and easy install.
Could rate any higher!!
Was able to pick up my new toolbox from the warehouse. Very thankful for that! Most of the toolbox was assembled. Only fault I have is the bolts for the caster wheels. They are imperial size and also the heads of the bolts are very rounded on the high points which results in sockets and spanners slipping once trying to tighten. Might want to look into better supplier for them?
These guys are awesome. Not only are the products fantastic, they are priced well, locally available, and easy to set up. I bought the 72” mobile toolbox workstation and had it setup in less than half an hour. The whole unit is high quality from its double wall construction, to its solid wood bench top, and it looks fantastic. I’ll definitely shop here again.
Excellent service, communication across the board. Value for money. 5 Star service and accessibility at the Kewdale Warehouse for click and collects.
Highly recommend.
Super easy to deal with the customer service, had stock in perth so was able to pick it up within days of the order, got it home and 90% of it was pre assembled, literally just had to bolt the units together, very happy with the quality, would definitely re order and recommend to others.
Great 2 post car hoist. Reasonably easy to install.
Had a small issue with the hydraulic pump control. New part sent promptly.
Good communication. Good customer service.
Joels garage gear were awesome to deal with, I had a few delays on my epoxy and they were more than willing/flexible with my hoist collection and the quality of equipment is great as well! Easy to set up!
Whilst purchasing, the customer service at Joels was great, Aussie call centre, one person was the same point of contact from beginning to end, emails were answered in a timely manner and they answer the phone straight away.
The freight company they use has a call centre in Australia, responds instantly and have delivery drivers with great attitudes.
There were absolutely no delivery damages either.
We had to do something with our farm shed, see the before and after pictures !
Everything pictured fitted perfectly.
The shelving, cupboards and tool boxes are all of sufficient quantity and very modestly priced.
They are very adjustable, see the floor level Vs the top of the units, and flexible.
With everything considered, customer service, quality and price, for any home or light commercial uses these sets are perfect.
Bought a 4 post hoist with some accessories. Fantastic team to deal with. Easy to speak to, able to answer questions, and kept me up to date on lead in and pickup times. Pickup was a breeze, and the delivered parts were on time and as described. Will definitely be buying any other garage accessories through Joel's in future. Well done team, great work.
Purchased a 4 post extra long/high from joels around 2 months ago. Installation was straight forward if you're mechanical minded. If you're unsure just pay somone for the pice of mind. A couple of minor teething issues with some faulty parts, but the team at joels sent spares out straight away.
Overall quality and functionality is as expected. Having the ability to move it around the workshop with the additional castor kit allowed it to be more versatile for my needs.
I like the airhose lock feature (i keep it unplugged when I'm not in the shed as an addional safety feature) We have had small cars to heavy 4x4s, some minor adjustments are required once cables stretch, the team at joels are easy to get ahold of. Can answer any questions, would absolutely recommend them to others.
Cheers.
Great purchase and pickup experience , needed more shims which were readily available at no cost from the shop thanks for that and fitting wasn’t a big issue either just follow the instructions , have used it 10-15 times already should have done it sooner , all things considered a great experience.
Dealing with Joel's Garage was great. I purchased the 2 meter work bench and it is tremendous value for the money. The bench itself is really well made with finish, doors, drawers and assembly instructions all first class. The bench has a quality solid feel and I couldn't recommend the product highly enough to any prospective buyers.
Awesome company to deal with communication, updates and pricing was on point very happy with their product and service. Sarah was definitely awesome to deal with. Will definitely shop here again
This has to be a 2 part review.
Joels garage gear - 5 stars
Click + collect at third party warehouse - 0 stars.
Overall 3 stars as the pickup experience really was so bad.
Joels garage gear are absolutely awesome to deal with and kept me up to date throughout the whole order process. The toolbox I purchased is great quality and would own another in a heart beat as my tool collection grows.
The click and collect option for Sydney is absolutely dreadful and therefore would tell anyone looking to buy through Joel's to either just pay for shipping or buy from another company. Pickup is at a third party warehouse and can only be arranged between 8-3 weekdays. So if you work a normal job (as anyone requiring a tool box like this would), it makes its really difficult.
Signage at the pickup location is non existent so good luck finding the office (where all guests are to go first). After 40 minutes of driving around this industrial warehouse lot, and talking to 4 different staff, I still hadn't found the office. Finally found the pickup section and the man there was so rude, and I was almost sent away for not wearing a hi-vis vest (I only received an email the night before pickup saying this was necessary, so it was impossible to get one before pickup the following morning). Apparently anyone who works in a warehouse owns one? I work in a massive warehouse as a spray painter for a large chain of smash repairers and there's not a hi-vis vest in sight as they are not needed at all. This guy was an absolute drop kick. Joels is not a trade exclusive store so any member of the public can purchase there, especially automotive hobbyists who likely won't own hi-vis.
Amazing work guys! Fast delivery and not a scratch on what I purchased definitely will be buying more from Joel’s garage and so stoked with the quality and price
Good quality gear at a reasonable price. The guys here were really good to deal with. Their warehouses was Super efficient and very quick at loading up my truck. Will definitively recommend Joel’s garage gear to anyone looking for workshop equipment! Cheers
Good support. Easy ordering. Good after sales.
The hoist is great. Pretty easy to install. Took a day for 2 of us. Ive never installed one before. Would 100% go through them again.
Heavy to unload should have used front end loader on tractor. Works great much simpler to do maintenance. Very easy to assemble. Get help with in loading
Friendly and helpful staff who communicated well with me. The tool box I purchased was good quality and was at a far better price than similar boxes being advertised.
Just love the new setup from Joel’s garage. Ordered it one day and picked it the next so great service and communication.
Comes in a big box and easy to assemble. I installed the overhead cupboards a bolt hole higher and installed 200mm painted MDF panel to give more head height and tool mounting space. Thanks Joel’s
Absolutely brillant !! Ordered one day and delivered the mext. Installation was fairly easy consdering I have never done this before. Joels were awesome and I would highly reccommend them if you are in the market for workshop / garage equipment.I will be shopping there for more gear shortly.
Purchased the hoist for my hubby. This was a smooth transaction, and Joel was exceptional in dealings. Definitely will do business with them in the future their products are great value.
Very happy with the scissor lift, ordered online, had to wait for back order. Soon as it was available, shipped straight away and the delivery person that dropped off with fantastic.
Great product, great price and great service. Whole process was nice and easy. Friendly and easy going service when picking up, even during what was probably a chaotic time returning back after xmas/nye time. Cheers.
Happy with the hoist.
Great service and had stock in Adelaide.
Instructions are not up to date but if you’re half handy you can muddle your way through.
Very happy, they answered all my questions promptly and my workbench was ready to pick up when they said it would be. The workbench is strongly built and it was easy to put on the wheels and handle. Nice looking workbench for the garage.
First big online purchase with no issues. Ordered a garage storage cabinet, quick delivery from QLD to Newcastle, was mostly pre-assembled which was great. quality is much better than the units from Bunnings.
I bought a tyre changing machine. The salesman didn't seem interested. Couldn't explain how to use it and said to watch YouTube. Then charged me $25 to use my debit card, yet everyone else these days can use osko and receive a direct deposit instantly. The machine itself seems good.
I ordered a Garage Cabinet Combo 10 days before Christmas, it turned up when they said it would, and is exactly as expected.
Strong enough for what I need and light enough to handle installation.
It makes keeping the shed tidy and organised, therefore making work more efficient.
I absolutely love it!
Great company to deal with
Customer service are very knowledgeable and the product they sell are of high standard
I highly recommend Joels Garage Equipment
Customer service is amazing. Ryan was the one who I spoke with and he was fantastic. Quality of the tool boxes couldn’t be better either. If I ever need anymore tool boxes I will 100% be getting them from Joel’s. We’ve told and shown everyone we know just how good it is and will continue to recommend to everyone
Excellent service and brilliant communication, the 3x 72 inch tool drawers are just what I needed. Really appreciate that Joel's Garage now has a Perth location. Thanks and look forward to buying more gear as the workshop evolves.
Just received the combo storage unit and was amazed on the quality and the ease of assembly. The packing of units in the boxes was next level packed well to keep them safe in transit. Thank you joels Garage Gear for yet another edition to complete my home workshop.
From initial purchase to delivery, the team at Joel’s were so easy and friendly to deal with.
Their after sales service has been unmatched and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a hoist or any garage accessories
Thanks team for going above and beyond
The Joel’s 5ton 2 Leg Hoist is of good quality and all holes line up and the powder coating is great. The fasteners are all there and bagged seperate. They could be labeled better and the instructions are very vague . Overall the quality is good for the price.
Brought 52inch roll around tool box transport company stuffed up and sent it to Western Australia and I’m in Vic ,spoke to the guys at Joel’s and they organised another for me and delivered it right to my door within a couple of days , great customer service in sorting out the problem highly recommend . The toolbox is really good quality I will definitely do business with Joel’s again a the near future. Sean
I bought a scissor lift for my home garage, and it is great. I had some issues setting it up and the Customer support was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Joel's Garage Gear to anyone.
The Hoist is ok for what you pay
Do yourself a favour and buy better bolts and nut also the hold down concrete bolts I won’t use and purchased decent ones
Over all about the best you get for the price
The guys at Joel’s garage did a fantastic job of installing our hoist. From the first phone call the guys at Joel’s went above and beyond highly recommend
Hi, the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I had to preorder my scissor lift and was contacted when it had cleared Customs.
Assembly was simple and after adding oil it is up and running.
The best tool I've ever owned.
Thank you.
Thanks to Joel garage and there sales man Andrew for organising my hoist for my detailing shop. Andrew was a huge help in getting the hoist organised and delivered on time . Great people to deal with.
Absolute legends! Excellent customer service. I had some issues on my end and needed assistance, Andrew, Ryan and Henry helped me right through to delivery. Very professional service. Absolutely love my new tool box. Quality exceeded expectation considering the price tag. 100% recommend. Thanks team.
Excellent quality tool trolley. Great value for money. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommend this tool trolley. Delivery was quick and easy to pickup. Look no further. This is the tool trolley for everyone.
The boys at the pickup location had excellent communication for a smooth pickup transaction. Their bead roller works great and is really heavy duty and robust
I have just had a Joels 4.5t hoist installed in my garage. Hoist is really great quality, delivered on time as agreed. installed the same day by ann absolute professional. The installer gave me a safety run thorough and a minor maintenance/care run through as well
Absolutely professionally supplied, installed and great quality As an engineer myself I highly recommend Joel’s Garage for your business or private workshop needs. Nicely done Joel’s garage
Great product at a great price. Super friendly team that is really easy to deal with. I’ve only given them 5 stars because it wouldn’t let me give them 7.
Highly recommended.
Awesome range of products and excellent service. Purchased two sets of 4t jack stands, very happy with the communication and delivery. The product itself is spot on too, very well made. Highly recommend.
I Recently purchased a narrow , 3T , 4 poste hoist and air jacking beam from Joel's Garage gear. The product is great. Service and sales process was easy and friendly. I had a call from Andrew in regards to a small issue I encountered. Overall a great product.
Awesome service
Had a problem with a damaged piece rang them up and they replaced it straight away and delivered it to my door.
This is hoist number 2 for me now.
Cannot recommend these guys enough.
Very good team to deal with, ordering was a breeze. Pick up was easy. Good quality product, instructions were not the best very small print. I got the motorcycle lift with the only bug I had was my Breakout is so low that I needed shoring on the ramp so my bike doesn’t scrape the mainframe when putting it on/off the platform.
Great to deal with, one stop shop bought the hoist Joel's staff arranged for fitment. It was picked up and fitted hassle free. I also bought a couple of other items very happy. Thanks guys.
Got a transmission jack and it’s way to low to be easy to use, I’m average height for an Aussie and the the jack is shorter than me so it’s super awkward to use. Other than that it’s pretty good just such a shame it’s to short.
The photo is it at full extension still 100mm to short to use so I’m taking the hoist down and awkwardly removing it he gearbox giving me a sore back.
Couldn't be happier with recent purchase of this cabinet set-up. After looking around and pricing up various options, these really stood out. They arrived in 2 days from ordering! Well packaged with lots of foam and cardboard, easy to put together, adjustable shelves, legs and all bolted together easily. Magnet close and keyed locks is great. Very well built and look awesome. We added a metal peg board and power point in workbench space and finished it off nicely.
Will have to say was good dealing with Joel's garage in sales and delivery, they are people of there word very happy with the product of a two post hoist
It’s a great unit. Drawers feel nice opening and closing. Was well packed and arrived really quickly. And as a Zappa fan of old, it’s just a little giggle to see Joel’s logo on my beautiful toolbox.
I am a hoist installer.
I first installed a Joels Garage Gear 4 ton 2 post hoist a few years ago. My customer had purchased the hoist online. I had not heard of Joels.
The hoist was solid and seemed quite good quality.
I have since installed more Joels Garage Gear Hoists. Several 2 post hoists and a 4 post hoist. The quality is impressive. They are obviously committed to great product development as I can see improvement in quality and design.
I have now applied to become one of their registered Hoist Installers.
Absolute pleasure to deal with, kept me informed on the progress all the way to delivery. Highly recommended to use this company. Will always recommend to my friends. Thanks for the great service Ron
These guys were great to deal with, hoist arrived promptly and before due date, after sale's information very helpful, and to top it all off the product is fantastic. HIGHLY recommend Joel's
My original thoughts were to buy a 4 post hoist but because of limited space I opted for the 2 poster from Joels Garage. So glad I did because it's so versatile, especially when my boat needs separating from it's trailer. With over 60 years experience in engineering I find the design and robust construction of my hoist is second to none and can certainly recommend it to prospective buyers. My only gripe is the vague instruction manual and lack of detail.
