COVID-19 Update: Business as usual
Joel’s Garage Gear is currently open under normal trading hours. We are taking both online and phone orders as per usual.
We’re actively following the advice from the Australian Government, the Department of Health and World Health Organisation and we will adjust our position as necessary to ensure a safe environment and minimise the spread of the virus.
Australia Wide Freight
The government has deemed freight and logistics as essential services and as such border closures will not impact the normal delivery time of your goods at present.
We are however working closely with our freight partners in case of any future impact.
Warehouse Pick Up
Under the current restrictions Victorians are still permitted to leave their homes in order to purchase goods from retail businesses that are not subject to bans.
Our main priority at Joel’s Garage Gear is to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and our team members. Please be aware that if you choose to pick up items directly from our warehouse, all customer interaction will be kept to a minimum. This is inline with social distancing safe practices.
Please note that warehouse pick ups are still strictly by appointment only. We request that you phone us on 1800 563 574 prior to your arrival.
