COVID-19 Update: Warehouse Pick Up Now Available
Due to the eased restrictions within Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs — We are now able to offer warehouse pick up for our customers again.
A pick up time MUST be arranged beforehand. If you would like to organise a warehouse pick up, please call us on 1800 563 574.
Our staff are operating as usual. We are still taking both online and phone orders and shipping out products Australia wide daily.
For both your safety and the safety of our staff members, we still require masks to be worn at all times whilst on our premises.
We request that you also adhere to 1.5m social distancing practices as well.
We’re actively following the advice from the Australian Government, the Department of Health and World Health Organisation and we will adjust our position as necessary to ensure a safe environment and minimise the spread of the virus.
Australia Wide Freight
The government has deemed freight and logistics as essential services and as such lock down restrictions and border closures should not impact the normal delivery time of your goods at present.
We are however working closely with our freight partners in case of any future impact.
