I am a hoist installer.I first installed a Joels Garage Gear 4 ton 2 post hoist a few years ago. My customer had purchased the hoist online. On time delivery, excellent hoist and fair price, easy to assemble, 2.7m clearance between posts is great.
My original thoughts were to buy a 4 post hoist but because of limited space I opted for the 2 poster from Joels Garage. So glad I did because it's so versatile, especially when my boat needs separating from it's trailer. With over 60 years experience in engineering I find the design and robust construction of my hoist is second to none and can certainly recommend it to prospective buyers. My only gripe is the vague instruction manual and lack of detail.
