We have a lot of confidence in the products we sell – So it is only right that we back that up by offering our customers complete peace of mind on their investment.

Don’t forget we still offer 12 months warranty on all other workshop equipment that we sell too!

We are available via phone 7 days a week to help troubleshoot any issues you might face with installation and on the rare occassion that there is a fault with a part — we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

We stock a large amount of spare parts at our warehouse in Victoria so that our customers are up and running with minimal downtime.

Over the many years that we have been trading it is rare that one of our products turns out to be faulty. This is largely due to the strict quality control that we ensure is in place with our manufacturers.

However in the event something does go wrong — With Joel’s Garage Gear you know that you are covered!
