Joel’s Garage Gear sponsors RPM’s new Outlaw Radial Promod
Race Parts Melbourne originally purchased this car as a roller from Keys Family Motorsport over in Perth who built it from the ground up here in Australia.
They then set to work switching the car from a big tyre, roots blown hemi, door slammer to a twin turbo, radial tyre car with all the running gear and electronics from their red mustang.
They then fabricated the new exhaust manifolds, air intakes, intake pipes, turbo mounts and cut and moved bars before having it freshly painted in a short amount of time.
The end product is stunning and it’s hard to believe that the Race Parts Melbourne crew have managed to achieve all this in just 12 short weeks.
Their first outing will be interstate to carry out some testing and then on to round 4 of the Kenda Tires 660 Drag Radial Series at the end of September.
